Being in airlines for more than 13 years, I have gained extensive experiences and knowledge through various job roles. This varied experience has enabled me to have a better understanding of business operations and how various departments work together and complement each other.

1) Passenger?Report to General Manager Shanghai & Eastern region.

?Provide insight of market environment for project studies undertaken by relevant sections and departments in head office.
?Plan and organize sales promotional activities, sponsorship, products seminar, familiarization tours.
?Together with Guangzhou and Beijing offices to launch joint promotion and product seminar in respective cities and other provinces.
?In line with the company goals, develop and maintain effective branding in China market.
?Liaise with PR in head office regarding customer / public relation matters.
Administration
?Delegating company in China market for both town and airport operations.
?Be a key contact of the company in China for all official document/certificate submission as well as in event of airline emergency.
?Establish and keep good relationship with embassy, tourism offices and other government related ministries/offices.
?Liaise with RBA General Sales Agent in Guangzhou cities to monitor their agency appointment.
?Supervise and monitor RBA Passenger Sales Agent operation in Beijing of Northern China.
?Participate in regional decision making process on market development.
?Monitor airport staff to ensure the company smooth airport operation in SHA.
?Propose annual station budget and review it on monthly basis so as to keep and save local station cost at minimum level.
Personnel
?Recruit local staff, conduct annual performance appraisals for all local staffs and recommend salary adjustment for local staff.
?Plan manpower requirements for SHA office.
?Recommend training and development program for the local staff.
